Discipline Dynamics

In 2008, the department was approved by the Jilin Provincial Department of Health to be established as a characteristic specialty; In 2014, it was rated as a national key clinical specialty by the Ministry of Health; In 2016, it joined the Northeast Andrology Expert Committee of China Andrology Experts Alliance; In 2017, it was rated as China Andrologist Training (Jilin) Base; In 2018, it was rated as the “Top Ten Brand Departments” of Chinese Andrology (Sexual Medicine); In 2019, it was named the Jilin Center for Chinese Sexology Research.

As the earliest independent andrology department in Jilin Province, the department focuses on the professional diagnosis and treatment of andrology diseases, takes patients’ health as its own responsibility, continuously invests in the clinical research of andrology diseases, introduces high-end talents and technical equipment, advocates scientific and standardized model of diagnosis and treatment, and a series of clinical research results have been achieved. After more than ten years of development and construction, it has become the most important diagnosis and treatment center of andrological disease in the surrounding areas, as well as a professional andrology brand with a certain national reputation and influence.
