A. Mammogram-guided biopsy

We are the only surgical team you can find within Jilin province who are able to perform complete surgical resection for accurate diagnosis guided by X-ray guided accurate three-dimensional stereotaxic localization, which has advantages of small trauma, quick recovery, and no effect on the appearance of the breast. 

B. Sentinel lymph node biopsy after neoadjuvant chemotherapy

For breast cancer patients with CN0 or CN1 before neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the department carried out dual tracer and targeted axillary dissection (TAD), so that more patients can be exempted from the complications that seriously affect the quality of life caused by axillary lymph node dissection.

C. Clip marker localization for sentinel lymph nodes biopsy and breast conserving surgery after neoadjuvant chemotherapy

The percutaneous lesion localization marker clip is a kind of marker that can be placed in breast tumors and regional metastatic lesions. It can be used to mark and locate the lesions and axillary metastatic lymph nodes after neoadjuvant chemotherapy to improve the accuracy of surgical resection.

D. Wire-guided excision of micro calcification of the breast

For small calcified breast lesions that cannot be palpated, X-ray guided positioning of guide wire can accurately guide surgical resection during surgery, and then intraoperative mammography can be performed to ensure accurate resection and avoid residual problems.

E. Immediate breast reconstruction for breast cancer
It can reshape the aesthetic appearance of the breast while excising the lesion, and speed up the recovery of the patient’s body and mind.

F. Application of Mastoscopy in breast surgery

Immediate prosthesis implant reconstruction or autologous tissue reconstruction assisted by mastoscopy is an available treatment for patients who are not suitable for breast-conserving surgery. And mastoscopy can also be used for the treatment of gynaecomastia, which has achieved satisfactory results in accelerating the recovery of both body and mind .
