At present, there are 115 medical staff in the department, 31 medical technicians, 70 nurses, 2 secretaries, 9 typist staff, and 3 nursing staff.

Doctor team: 6 professors, 2 associate professors; 4 master supervisors, 2 are with doctoral degrees, and 2 are Ph.D. candidates.

Nursing team: 3 masters, 61 undergraduates; 1 deputy chief nurse, 33 chief nurses.
