The Hospice Unit takes the initiative to undertake social responsibilities, actively carries out “standardized treatment of cancer pain” training in Jilin province, promotes the creation of “model wards for standardized treatment of cancer pain” in medical institutions. The department has organized a Sino-British joint training course on “Quality Care for the End of Life” to help the development of hospice and palliative care. The department undertook the Hospice Special Training Meeting of the National Geriatrics Talent Training Project, and has held many large-scale academic conferences such as Jilin Province Hospice Care Summit Forum, accompanying with Love at the End of Life, Integrated Hospice Care, Jilin Province Hospice Care and Life, Death Education Forum, etc.
