Members

Our department currently consists of 6 professors (chief physicians), 5 associate professors (deputy chief physicians), 7 attending physicians, and 3 physicians. There are 3 doctoral supervisors and 10 master supervisors. All of our physicians hold doctoral degrees or belong to doctoral candidates, including 8 returning doctors. Professor Ning Guang, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, joined the department in 2017 as a double-appointed academician of Jilin University. Professor Zhang Bo was specially appointed from the United States.

The Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism has nearly 10 million yuan worth of equipment for clinical and basic experiments, including body fat measuring instrument, funduscopy, Doppler ultrasound instrument, glycosylated hemoglobin detector, somatosensory detector, Roche biochemical analyzer, mass spectrometer, PCR instrument, gene analyzer, -80℃ refrigerator, high-speed centrifuge, ultra-clean bench, and liquid nitrogen tank.
