Characteristics of Diagnosis and Treatment

The department routinely carries out total laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy (TLPD), and has completed more than 800 cases in total, which takes the leading position domestically in terms of the number and quality of operations.

Participated in the formulation of the Chinese LPD expert consensus, the department created a new model of posterior colon approach-uncinate first surgical resection , which standardized the evaluation and diagnosis system of postoperative pancreatic fistula and promoted the progress and development of standardized minimally invasive treatment of biliopancreatic junction diseases in Northeast China.

The department routinely conducts minimally invasive treatment of liver tumors, skilled in completing laparoscopic left hemi-hepatectomy, Laparoscopic right hemi-hepatectomy, Laparoscopic hepatic caudate lobectomy, Laparoscopic sub-segment hepatectomy, Ultrasound-guided microwave ablation of liver tumors and other surgeries, which makes no forbidden zone for minimally invasive treatment of liver tumor diseases.

By using three-endoscopy-joint technology (Laparoscopy, Electronic fiber choledochoscopy, Duodenoscope), and the domestic leading technology of PTCS (percutaneous transhepatic choledochoscopy), it makes the diagnosis and treatment of cholelithiasis completely minimally invasive. Especially for complex bile duct stones, multiple postoperative recurrence of bile duct stones, intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones and other intractable diseases, the department continuously expands the indications of minimally invasive surgery, which has greatly shortened the length of hospitalization and reduced the diagnosis and treatment costs of patients.
