The Nuclear Medicine Department of The First Hospital of Jilin University was established in 1987, and was awarded authority of master’s degree in imaging medicine and nuclear medicine in 1991, and was awarded authority of doctoral degree in imaging medicine and nuclear medicine in 2011.  Now it covers an area of 1,500 square meters and has 20 medical staffs. There are 4 professors, 3 nurses, and 4 technicians. Educational structure of the staff: 5 doctors, 6 masters (3 Ph.D. candidates), 3 undergraduates; Professional title structure: 6 senior, 6 intermediate, 8 primary; 13 medical teaching and research series, 1 nuclear medicine professional engineer, 1 physicist, and 1 chemical synthesizer. There are 1 doctoral supervisor, 4 master supervisors, more than 20 graduated master students. The department has formed a professional team with strong medical ability, high scientific research quality, reasonable age structure and vigorous vigor, and its discipline reputation ranks the top in three provinces of Northeast China..
