In recent years, she has undertaken and participated in 2 scientific research projects, published 8 papers, edited 1 book, and participated in editing 3 textbooks.

Physician, National Second-Class Consultant Psychologist, Health Manager. She has been engaged in hospice care for nearly ten years and has extensive experience in palliative treatment and psychological counseling for patients with advanced cancer.
Li Weiwei:
Physician, National Assistant Social Worker. She is engaged in cancer pain diagnosis and treatment, terminal cancer patient and family psychological counseling and social support.
Wang Wenya:
Medical Social Worker, National Intermediate Social Worker. She is responsible for carrying out social work services for poor patients with advanced cancer, providing psychological and social care and support for patients and their families, organizing educational and supportive group activities, and grief counseling for their families.

Chief Supervisor Nurse, National Second-Class Consultant Psychologist, Health Manager. She has been engaged in hospice care and nursing of tumor patients for more than ten years, and specializes in comfortable nursing, symptom nursing and psychological nursing of patients with advanced tumor.
Wang Hui:
Chief Supervisor Nurse, she specializes in medication guidance for patients, pain symptom control and nursing, the care of dyspnea, cough and hemoptysis, nausea and vomiting, constipation, lymphedema, tumor mushroom wound care, etc.
Leng Jiali:
Chief Supervisor Nurse, Master of Nursing, National Assistant Social Worker, Critical Care Specialist Nurse in Jilin province, and PICC Specialist Nurse in Jilin province. She has been engaged in nursing work for nearly 20 years, and is proficient in home nursing skills. She specializes in the physical, psychological, spiritual and nursing work of patients from the Hospic Unit and their families.

Clerk, She is responsible for computer operation and entry of medical documents. She participates in the daily management of the Hospic Unit, which includes the collection and storage of documents, materials, property and supplies, sending letters, etc.
